What happens to a seed after the harvest? How do we keep it alive — not just in a jar on a shelf, but in gardens, in libraries, and in the communities that pass it on?

Join us in Nordic Seed Alliance for two hours with seed workers from across the Nordics:

  • Andrew McMillion (KVANN) — Schübeler's gardens: KVANN's growing network of vegetable sanctuaries and demonstration gardens across Norway.
  • Judit Feher (KVANN) — a practical guide to seed drying and storage: the hands-on craft of keeping seeds viable after harvest.
  • Aina Jensen (Nes Library, Norway) — libraries as a way to connect and expand the network of seed workers and seed knowledge, locally and internationally.
  • Seed exchange around the Nordics — short introductions from Louise Windfeldt (Frøsamlere, Denmark), Guri Bugge (KVANN, Norway) and Marianne Käfer (Sesam, Sweden) on how each organisation shares seeds. Q&A after each session.

Free to attend. Registration link: https://docs.google.com/.../1FAIpQLSfhHWMFHEE1lA.../viewform
